We had a weekend of Grandma and Grandpa (Atalia calls them both Pompa) all to ourselves in the great Salt Lake City!
We ate at Chuck-A-Rama, which we always leave wondering why we always eat there lol.
The next day we met Grandma and Grandpa at their hotel and swam in their pool. Afterwards we headed over to the Gateway Mall...
We first checked out Dick's Sporting Goods, where Atalia found these cool glasses.
This picture cracks me up.
Looking out at their water fountain display that coordinates with music.
See in Atalia's hand the handful of snow? She doesn't understand that it will make her hands freezing cold every time. Very frustrating for Mamma.
We checked out this other store that I can't remember what it's called, that has amazing displays of Christmas decorations! Atalia ran into this bears arms lol.
She kept giving it hugs and almost knocked it over and everything else behind it.
Grandma made a snowman with Atalia before they had to go.
Found that darn stick, the same exact one from trick-or-treating.
Beautiful! lol
We had such a good weekend with you, Pompa and Pompa!
And watching The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown, kinda a tradition for us.
James used a scary knife.
Tali told Daddy that she wanted circles for the eyes, a triangle for the nose, and a happy face (smile).
Mine's the first one... I was a bit disappointed with mine this year. I had a hard time with it. James' is the middle one and Tali's on the end.
Our Mummies that we had for dinner one night... well it's suppose to look like a mummy.
Tali trying out her costume...
The night before our ward Halloween party, James and I decided we wanted to dress up with Tali too. We thought since she was going to be Wonder Woman, we would be crooks. We pulled something together that morning and afternoon before the party.
I was really proud of my mustache... it made me giggle.
I learned that it's more fun to make silly faces when you have a mustache.
After Tali copied the same face I was making for this picture, she made that same face for the rest lol.
Why do mustaches crack me up?!
We darkened James beard to make him look more shady.
OUR WONDER WOMAN!
I accidently burned Tali's finger with the curling iron while I was doing her hair... I felt like one of those moms from that show, Toddler's and Tiara's. She was tough though and didn't even cry, just was mad at me for a few minutes lol.
A cute crook.
Eating yummy chili at our ward Halloween party.
Tali and Eli! Isn't he adorable!?
We had this for dinner another night, it's suppose to look like candy corn with the different color of cheeses.
James and I try to just eat treats on holidays and special occasions and this is what I wanted on Halloween....
James dressed up for work in one of his old costumes. Isn't that mask creepily amazing!?
Pumpkin cut-out sandwich for lunch.
Tali reaching for the donuts.
Trick-or-treating!
Pam and Eli joined us. Both of the kids first time! Exciting!
Tali didn't understand what, "Just one!" meant. Oh. And she found a stick. Plus she kept wanting to put rocks from people's yards in her candy bucket. It was a lot of fun though.
Tali was doing her Wonder Woman pose.
Found the donuts again. She pulled up a stool so she could reach them.
Came back to have some chili! LOVE this chili. I make it with a honey sausage.... YUM. I am salivating thinking about it.
We also made monsters one day.
And for family night we made some Fall pictures.
A really good Halloween! Tali better remember this one because I put a lot of effort into it lol.
