It's New Year's Eve??

Today is New Year's Eve!?! It's a little past noon and I just realized it! I've been so absorbed in "mommy world" that I almost missed a holiday! WOW. Time to get cracking on a plan for tonight!

I do have a little something in mind... my husband doesn't know it yet, but I'm going to recruit him for some ideas for my new year resolutions. This could be messy business asking him to suggest some goals HE thinks I should try to make for this new year. To do this, I need to remember that I was the who asked, so I cannot get mad at him (though he does need to remember to do it with a lot of love...and thought). He may not even agree to this lol. We will see!

Playing In The "Snows"

This is the day after Christmas. Tali is wearing her new Yo Gabba Gabba hoodie from Christmas. She looked so snuggley all day!

They canceled church because there was 4 inches of snow, which is the new record here of snow on Christmas day since 1940-something. This was Atalia's first time playing in it.

Tali calls the snow, "snows". Believe me, it's cute.

We had our own family gift opening, then we did a web cam of opening gifts with my in-laws, and then lastly, we had gift opening with my side of the family.

Done With Just One Hershey Kiss

This is the mess she made with just ONE Hershey Kiss.

As you can see, she still isn't even done with it. Most of it is still sitting in her hand.

I knew what I was getting myself into before I gave it to her too. I decided that I would willingly clean up the aftermath, but I was still a little shocked with how much of a mess one little Hershey Kiss could make.

I really do think my child is one of the messiest eaters.

Keeping Up

I've found that it is really hard to keep up on making posts this month, especially as it gets closer and closer to Christmas. I've been busy baking, shopping, wrapping, crafting, and planning like crazy. I've managed to take a few pictures of Atalia in-between. Here are just a few pictures I've taken of Tali the last few days.

This week, I'm making Tali wear green or red everyday. I promise I will not force this upon her as she gets older, but for now she doesn't really mind. I just thought it would be festive.

I got her hair in a side pony tail! Pretty adorable.

Sunday was our Christmas church service. I loved Tali's Christmas dress. In these pictures she looks more disheveled 5 hours later after putting it on.

She was piling on her hair bands on her leg while we were trying to catch a nap.

Looks like a bunch of garters lol.

My Mom Turns 48!

My mom turned 48! (I accidently put 47 on her Birthday cake...she didn't mind) I actually have more pictures of Jon on her Birthday than her lol. (She didn't want her picture taken)
