The Big 2-4!

I turned 24! I feel like my twenties are flying by way too fast!

Holidays are a big deal to me and I try really hard to make them special. So, it meant a lot when James and my family tried really hard to make it a special day for me.

James and I started celebrating the night before actually.

We decided to go see You Again at the cheap theater.

We thought the movie was good too.

We're on our way!

(It was a spontaneous decision...explaining my lack of dressiness)

I got a McDonald's hot chocolate on the way...I LOVE hot chocolate.

I guess when I drink hot chocolate, my pinky goes up.

I'm just classy that way.

I think James has food in his teeth.

We had fun at the movie together and it was a nice start to my Birthday!

When I woke up, there was a Laurissa display to greet me.

James got me breakfast and we watched some Geeks and Freaks episodes (a very good show!) and opened one of his gifts for me.

Then I got ready for the day, opened another gift from James and my mom and dad, and then James took me out to do a little shopping.

While James was checking out for me, I let Tali walk around a bit. She found this bench in the store with the dog on it and wanted to climb up on the dog.

YAY!

I wanted to do something with James, Tali, and my family that lives in North Carolina. I decided I wanted to go to the cheap theater to see Despicable Me (again). This is Tali's first experience at the theater!

We met my dad at the theater. Tali was glued to the screen as soon as we went in. It was a lot of fun. The best part was sharing it with Tali.

We came home and had cheesecake (yum yum yum), from this really good place called, Cheesecakes, By Alex. We had pizza, opened a few more gifts and then relaxed the rest of the night.

It was a really good day :)
